What do I do if I'm experiencing issues with my prescription?

Eyeglasses: Sometimes it takes a few days toadjust to a new prescription, but if you’re having ongoing trouble with yourpair, chat us or give us a call at ​(202) 299-9108​, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. ETdaily. We’ll help determine the issue and make sure that your prescription isjust right!

Contact lenses: If you’re experiencing anyirritation or other issues while wearing your contact lenses, remove your lensesand reach out to your doctor directly.

Does black and white look accept insurance?

We accept most insurance plans, this is for instore only. If you see a frame online that you like please call our office at(202) 299-9108​ for further assistance.

Flexible spending and health savings accounts

As long as your FSA or HSA is affiliated witha major credit card, we can accept FSA or HSA dollars for the following itemsand services:

● Prescription eyeglasses (includingprogressives, readers, blue-light-filtering lenses, and light-responsivelenses)

● Prescription sunglasses

● Contact lenses

You also may be able to have the cost of ourPrescription Check services covered. Double-check with your carrier to see ifyou're eligible! Please call our office for further assistance at (202)299-9108​. We’re happy to help!

Can I split payment between my FSA and a different card?

Yes! If you’d like to use your FSA or HSA cardto pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to adifferent card, please reach out via chat or call us at ​(202) 299-9108​,Monday - Friday, 10 a.m.–4p.m. Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. ET. We’re happy to setthat up!

How long will my glasses take to be ready?

Orders normally take 5-10 business day but dueto covid shipping might be delayed. We will update you while order is inprogress and you can also call the office for updates!

What if the glasses are too big or too small?

You can come into ouroffice during store hours to get them adjusted or return them for a full storecredit within 30 days

Can I shop virtual via Zoom or Facetime with a sales associate?
